Terms of Use
Effective date: June 4, 2026. By using the Obuchat Assistant Telegram bot and Mini App, you agree to these terms.
1. Service
Obuchat Assistant is a software assistant in Telegram. Features include calendar management, tasks, reminders, Zoom meeting integration, and other capabilities available in the current version.
2. Access
Access may be limited by an administrator (allowlist). You must not share your access with third parties and must comply with Telegram’s terms and the terms of connected services (Google, Zoom, Todoist, etc.).
3. Integrations
By connecting external services, you authorize the assistant to perform actions on your behalf within the OAuth permissions you grant. You may disconnect integrations at any time in the Mini App or via bot commands.
4. Fees
Some features may be metered (LLM usage, subscriptions). Current pricing is shown in the Mini App. Refunds follow the operator’s policies unless stated otherwise.
5. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for decisions made based on bot responses or for actions of third-party APIs.
6. Prohibited use
- Illegal activity, spam, or abusive automated traffic.
- Attempts to hack, bypass access controls, or use others’ accounts.
7. Changes and termination
We may change features and these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Access may be suspended for violations.
